The Mercurial Vapor 360 X Off White have been designed to maximize user’s speed thanks to the ultra-light sole; the dots on top highlight the most effective place to strike the ball, reducing the gap between foot and eye coordination through design.
According to Virgil, Mercurial is "the most dynamic and exciting product line" of Nike Football and it is no coincidence that in this collaboration we can find similarities with the latest VaporMax released with Off White. In addition to the rather similar silhouette, the uppers of both shoes are made entirely in flyknit highlighting the versatility and technology of the material.
The intervention of artists in sport is symptom of a change in sport itself and it is usual nowadays to see athletes wearing designer clothes. The Mercurial Vapor 360 X Off White will make their debut tonight in the match between PSG and Monaco and will be worn by Kylian Mbappè, chosen as testimonial by Virgil Abloh himself.
