After the Black/Volt release at the beginning of March, Nike is giving new life to another classic of the Air Max story.
VaporMax 97 Silver Bullets is the direct evolution of famous Air Max 97: the Italy loved silver upper now adopts the sole of the Air VaporMax, giving the shoe a more futuristic and captivating look.
Christian Tesser, designer of the Air Max 97, because of his passion for cycling, has declared to have been inspired by the mountain bike world to create this innovative hybrid: “It seemed like people were able to do a lot more with mountain bikes than they were with road bikes in terms of design and finishes, polishes, use of titanium and anodizations. And all of this inspired me. I thought mountain bikes looked very futuristic.”
The Air VaporMax 97 Silver Bullet will be available starting March 30th online and in-store.
