The partnership between Nike and Sacai gets renewed.
During the Paris Fashion Week 2018 the Japanese brand had its models wearing part of the next winter collection in collaboration with the American sportswear brand. Both sneakers shown come from the merge of two old Nike models: the silhouette of the low model is mostly inspired by the Nike LDV while others hint to an hybrid between the Blazer Mid and the Dunk High. In both cases, the key elements are the duplicity of swoosh and panels of the upper, including the tongue. The “Abloish” idea of "decomposition" of sneaker would seems to be destined to last and will certainly be inherited from the new model of Sacai.
There is still no release date for the Nike x Sacai but both sneakers are expected for January in four different colorways.
