Years pass but Air Max 98, just like wine, seems to get better with time.
The shoe was immediately put in the spotlight by Nike in 2018, which intended to celebrate its 20 years with various releases. The Air Max 98 SE are very different from the previous ones: the white upper imperceptibly combines with the cream color of details and both are perfectly combine as well with the brown band in the middle. But the most interesting area of the Air Max 98 SE is definitely the one under the swoosh; the python-white lining has earned her the nickname Snakeskin for the resemblance to the snakes and gives it a shiny effect that makes the whole silhouettes stand out.
The same model had already been released in collaboration with Supreme with the same pseudonym, Snakeskin, but was produced with different colors and materials. Finally, the AM97 air unit and the sole are both entirely white.
The Air Max 98 SE will be available online from 12 April.
